Departure Services

Ready to leave your home for the season or vacation without having to worry about getting it ready for a planned or unplanned absence? That’s where our departure services come in. We will close up your residence for short- or long-term absences. Services include:

  • Empty perishables from refrigerator, empty and turn off ice maker

  • Close blinds

  • Set HVAC system to away settings

  • Unplug small appliances and other electrical items

  • Bring in garbage containers

  • Check security of windows and doors

  • Unplug or lock garage door opener

  • Set security/alarm system

Fees

$40 per trip to your home

Arrival Services

Services include:

  • Turn on electric breakers

  • Turn on ice maker

  • Adjust thermostat, open blinds

  • Plug in small appliances and other electrical items

  • Reset clocks

  • Freshen toilets

  • Unlock garage door opener for arrival

  • Contact cleaning service, if requested

Fees

$40 per trip to your home.

Welcome Home Package

We can have basic groceries at your home for your arrival, such as coffee, milk, eggs, bread, etc.

$40 plus the cost of the groceries

Waking up and being able to enjoy coffee - priceless!

Basic Landscaping Services

We are happy to provide basic landscaping services, including lawn mowing, lawn fertilization, minor sprinkler repair, and hedge trimming.

We are happy to put together a package that fits your needs and budget.
